Science – Curriculum

At Hill Farm, the substantive areas of knowledge for science are categorised into ten areas. These include: living things, plants, animals and humans, evolution and inheritance, electrical circuits, the Earth’s movement in space, light and seeing, movement and forces, sound and hearing and materials. The disciplinary areas of knowledge focus on asking questions, predicting, setting up tests, observing, recording and communicating results.
